More documents can be found on Microsoft Download Center and Technet sites.
F. Internet Browser
Since Windows Server 2019 doesn't include any other browser except Internet Explorer, which is considered as a 'compatibility layer', PowerShell scripts are now available to choose which browser of those offered you want to install instead. These scripts are tested on Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019 systems, but it is expected to work on Windows Server 2008 R2 and later (including Windows Server 2022, which already has Microsoft Edge installed).
You can download scripts below (ZIP format). It includes only Online installation for now, I will add Offline scripts in one of next updates (Microsoft Edge Offline script is pulled off in v3.4, but will be back).
Microsoft Edge Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/tci8p7jdwl889ij/Get-EdgeOnline.zip Google Chrome Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/76xvkyetqbjfz5u/Get-ChromeOnline.zip Brave Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ypvk77l2hli8lok/Get-BraveOnline.zip Opera Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/w7332z9kdislp63/Get-OperaOnline.zip Mozilla Firefox Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/vgb7bafj7vxbhau/Get-FirefoxOnline.zip
Before running one of scripts, you need to run PowerShell as administrator and execute this command:
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
NOTE: If you use Internet Explorer for downloading scripts, you need to allow downloads by going to Internet Options -> Security -> Internet -> Custom level and enable File Download.
System requirements
You need at least 512 MB of RAM (for Server 2008 systems) to run Windows Server. Here are links to official system requirements.

Installation of Windows Server
You have 2 options to install Windows Server. You can simply burn the ISO to a DVD (How to burn ISO to a DVD) or you can install Windows Server from USB (How to install Windows from USB).
Insert the Windows Server installation disk into your drive and restart your computer. Press any key when asked to launch the installation (How to boot from a DVD). You might need to change the boot priority in your BIOS in order to boot from your DVD drive or from your USB flash drive (Change boot priority order).
During the installation, you need to enter a product key (search on Google product key and check validity with this application or you can pick one OEM:SLP key from here (for Server 2008 and 2008 R2) and here (for Server 2012) or you can skip entering a product key and add a product key in Command Prompt with this command:

Updating & Spreading the word
1. Updating often is the secret for reliable information. Please help me keeping this post up-to-date by posting any new information that you've got. Also, please let me know if you've seen any mistake or any dead link so I can correct it as soon as possible — contact me.
2. Spread the word. You can help a lot of people by simply adding a link to this thread in your signature.
NOTE ABOUT EVALUATIONS: Do not use evaluation Windows unless if you want to use it only for testing purposes. You can always download normal version instead or add appropriate product key.
NOTE FOR MAGNET LINKS: If you attempt to download a product which have magnet link, remove extra space in link (if it exists) and you will be able to download.
For downloading, use Internet Download Manager. It gives a high download speed for slow links.
You can discuss in this thread about releases (ex. how it works, problems with installation etc.).
For more information about downloads (MS links) search on Microsoft Download Center name of thing which you downloaded.
