esxi7.0之后depot升级包，官方推荐命令用profile update，
升级命令如下：esxcli software profile update -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/vmware-ESXi-8.0a-20842819-depot.zip -p ESXi-8.0a-20842819-standard
用的vib update，而不是software profile update，才会导致版本号不变。所谓的版本号是指的Profile名称，vib update不更改Profile名称的。
对于VMware提供的depot文件，profile update升级是唯一受VMware官方支持的方式。vib update一般用于第三方VIB文件升级。
报硬件错误（就是例如老cpu说不兼容之类的）可以在代码最后加--no-hardware-warning（该指令为忽视兼容警告升级）
